Who we are and what we do

Warsaw Numerical Control plant was established in 2011 by a joint venture between GROUPE LE PISTON FRANCAIS (GLPF) and GRUPPO SEVILLA CONTROL (GSC). Our plant covers area of 3200 m2, employing 65 people and achieving annual sales of 10 MEuro. We are placed in Warsaw POLAND.

Our strengths are design, industrialization and production in CNC technology. Our products mainly go to the demanding aerospace industry. We specialize in machining, creating solutions that meet the expectations of each customer. Our second name after precision is passion. The successes we achieve are the result of hard work of our entire team and the full support of our mother companies. Our customers are characterized by very high requirements, therefore we focus on the quality of our work, professional service and approach.

Mother company’s

GROUPE LE PISTON FRANCAIS (GLPF)

Is a hard metal machining and mechanical assembly specialist. As a major player in the aeronautical supply chain, GLPF now has more than 700 collaborators in the world and generates an annual turnover of € 100 million.

After World War II, Le Piston Français (LPF) was founded in 1947, originally our company was a workshop specialised in the manufacturing of truck pistons and car engine repair. During the 1960’s, our company adjusted its focus on the aeronautical subcontracting by starting a new business relationship with SAFRAN AIRCRAFT ENGINES (ex SNECMA) based in Villaroche, France.

Since, Le Piston Français has dedicated its activities specifically to the aeronautical industry, while retaining its own name and identity.

Gruppo Sevilla Control

GSC was founded in 1989 by JL Montaño. It aimed to become a global partner in the aerospace machining and assembly sector.

With more than thirty years of experience and a profound knowledge of the sector, GSC is characterised by its commitment to customer service and technological innovation.

In 2003 GSC opted for the vertical integration of all the steps required in the comprehensive management of parts. It now offers all the necessary steps in the aerospace machining and assembly process.

2016 was an important year in which GSC inaugurated their central plant facility. With facilities with an area of 24,540 m2, its sales are worth more than 45 million euros and its EBITDA (Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation) is worth more than 7 million euros. It also counts on the services of 382 employees.
